One patient said that, “Hands down the best medical care my family and I have ever received. All three of us contracted bacterial pneumonia and were seen at the emergency care center in Everhart. All of the staff was friendly, polite, and very attentive. I was left overnight for treatment and observation. While I was there the staff made sure I was comfortable and even brought me ice cream! How awesome is that?!
I have told all my friends about this place. The staff really cares about their patients and treats them like people – not insurance policies. It is very refreshing to know that great and genuine care is available should I ever need it again.”
Another patient also mentioned, “Absolutely wonderful!! The staffs, from the front desk, to the radiology tech, nurses, Dr. Muniz were all so amazing. I have never been to an emergency room and have had anyone care as much as they did today at Premier. I was very impressed and will never go to a hospital ER again. What I was diagnosed with today would have taken months to find out had I waited to see my regular Dr. My brother and I were asked more than 4 times if we needed anything to drink or snack on or anything else. Thank you for your hospitality and thank you for sincerely caring about your patients and doing anything to make them comfortable.”
Last one stated, “I’ve been there twice in just under a month (Nov 10th and again Dec 15). Quick in and out, very friendly, knowledgeable, in a comfortable environment. Of course I may be a little biased, but truly doubt anything would be any different if I wasn’t. Go see them at any of their multiple locations. You’ll never want to go to a hospital ER again. Physicians Premier ER is not an urgent care or minor emergency center… It’s a Free Standing Emergency Room. Ask the doctors about what that means, how it compares to urgent care/hospital ER/minor emergency rooms, and what makes them much more practical. They’d love took explain it to you! Free Standing ER’s are where your Board Certified and seasoned ER doctors are moving to. This is the future of emergency medicine.”
