Place sirloin chunks and 1⁄4 cup Italian dressing in a gallon size zip top plastic bag and the vegetables and the remaining 1⁄4 cup dressing in another bag. Seal the bags and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
To prepare sauce mix yogurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, and garlic in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
