Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries 1 banana, frozen
- 2 Tbsp blueberries
- 2 Tbsp raspberries
- 2 Tbsp water, almond milk, or cashew milk 1⁄2 banana fresh, sliced
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds or hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp blue berries for garnish
Directions
- Blend first 5 ingredients in blender until smooth.
- Pour into bowl and top with remaining ingredients.
