Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries 1 banana, frozen
  • 2 Tbsp blueberries
  • 2 Tbsp raspberries
  • 2 Tbsp water, almond milk, or cashew milk 1⁄2 banana fresh, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds or hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbsp blue berries for garnish

Directions

  1. Blend first 5 ingredients in blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into bowl and top with remaining ingredients.
