CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas (February 18, 2016) — Physicians Premier ER today announced the opening of their 4th Coastal Bend ER location.

Physicians Premier ER invites the community to a pre-opening Open House event this Saturday, February 20th from 2 to 4 p.m.

Premier ER operates three modern ER facilities: Saratoga at Staples, Everhart at Staples and near Wal-Mart in Portland. Growth in demand has lead this team of ER doctors to explore expansion efforts – adding this fourth location at Ennis Joslin & SPID will meet residents’ needs living in the Oso Bay, Flour Bluff, Island and University areas.

Physicians Premier ER is a group of freestanding, modern facilities that provide the same emergency services and professional level of care as a traditional emergency room, 24/7/365. Premier’s mission is to offer patients a comfortable and timely emergency room experience at convenient locations close to home.

“We recognized that there was an unmet need when it comes to emergency care in the Coastal Bend. There weren’t enough doctors to meet the needs of the working population in a timely manner,” said Dr. Kenyon, one of Premier’s founders. “That’s why we decided to open these non-traditional emergency rooms in multiple locations.
