“I was in the exam room within 5 minutes of being in the building and was seen by the doctor within 15. The whole visit, which entailed an IV, blood work, CAT scan, and diagnosis, lasted about an hour and a half. Granted, I was lucky and arrived when there weren’t a lot of other patients, but the efficiency of the staff rivaled any other ER I have been to, so I believe my experience would have been nearly as good at a busy time.
